The London Bees are back in action this Thursday night (7:45pm KO) as they take on Dulwich Hamlet at The Bees Stadium in the first group stage fixture of the FAWNL League Cup.

London Bees:

London Bees kicked off their new season in style with a dominant 4–0 win away at Chesham United.

Right from the first whistle, the Bees applied relentless pressure, creating a series of early chances.

Their breakthrough came just after ten minutes, when Rebekah Wozniak played a precise pass through to Lily Whitelock, who calmly slotted home to open the scoring.

The Bees continued to control the game, nearly doubling their lead before the breakthrough efforts from Wozniak and Cheyenne Flynn, whose header rattled the crossbar.

After the restart, the Bees maintained their intensity.

Betty Larkin’s dangerous delivery from the right found Sam Lanza, who finished from close range to make it 2–0.

Despite further missed chances, including a strong effort from returning substitute Millie Isherwood, the Bees weren’t done.

Late in the game, Shamoy Campbell’s shot was parried into the path of Brionne Fowle, who made it 3–0.

In stoppage time, Flynn tapped in a corner to round off a commanding performance and secure a clean sheet.

Dulwich Hamlet:

Dulwich Hamlet began their 2025/26 season with a tough 3-1 defeat away to Luton Town Ladies.

The visitors struggled early on as Luton’s high press caused errors in Dulwich’s defence.

Despite some strong defensive efforts, including a key sliding challenge by Nicole Farmer, Dulwich conceded a penalty just before half-time, which Tasha Fensome confidently converted.

Luton doubled their lead shortly after with a brilliant assist and chip finish by Fensome.

Dulwich had a late chance to reduce the deficit with a penalty in stoppage time of the first half, but it was missed.

The second half saw Luton extend their lead through debutant Courtnay Ward-Chambers, while Dulwich pushed for a response and managed a late consolation goal amid a scramble in the box.

Despite the loss, Dulwich showed resilience and will look to build on this performance in upcoming matches.

Dulwich extended their lead just three minutes into the second half, making it 2-0.
