The Bees battled their way into the next round of the FA Cup following a hard fought encounter away at Dartford.
The intensity was evident from the opening seconds, as captain Aimee Durn was brought down inside her own half within just two seconds of kick-off.
Undeterred, the Bees immediately pushed forward and, moments later, took a lightning-fast lead.
The ball found its way into the box where Sam Lanza reacted quickest, stretching to poke it past the goalkeeper and put her side ahead inside the opening minute.
Dartford responded with determination, fighting for possession and driving the ball up field, but the Bees remained resolute in defence.
With both sides battling fiercely, the tempo stayed high, featuring strong challenges and quick transitions.
The Bees looked the more threatening throughout the first half, creating the better chances as they searched for a second goal.
That breakthrough arrived in the 24th minute when Millie Isherwood was brought down inside the box, earning the Bees a penalty.
Isherwood stepped up confidently and powered the spot kick into the top left corner to double the lead.
However, the game soon took a quick turn when Durn was fouled near the touchline, sparking an on-pitch altercation.
The incident resulted in Shamoy Campbell being shown a red card, leaving the Bees reduced to ten players.
Despite the setback, they showed great resilience to see out the remainder of the half with their two-goal advantage intact

The second half began with an enforced change for the Bees, as Isherwood was forced off through injury and replaced by Megan Burrows.
Dartford increased the pressure, particularly down the flanks, as they looked to force a way back into the game, but the Bees stayed organised and focused.
Just after the hour mark, a foul conceded on the edge of the box proved costly, as Dartford capitalised by heading home from the resulting free kick to reduce the deficit.
Moments later, the hosts struck again in near identical fashion, converting another delivery into the box to draw level.
Tempers flared once more when a Dartford winger was shown a second yellow card for time wasting, resulting in a red card.
Dartford’s manager was also dismissed and sent to the stands.
With both sides back to ten players, the Bees pushed hard in search of a late winner, but despite several promising efforts, the match ended level at the end of ninety minutes.
