The Bees take the trip down to Motspur Park this Sunday for a London derby against league leaders Fulham in the FAWNL Division One South East.
London Bees:
The London Bees delivered a 5–0 victory over Portishead Town to secure their place in the third round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup last Sunday.
After a cagey opening, Millie Isherwood broke the deadlock with a cool finish after connecting with a Shamoy Campbell cross, before doubling the lead minutes later, by slotting the ball past the goalkeeper and into the bottom right corner.
The Bees continued to dominate, and just before half-time Isherwood’s curling corner found Aria Heil, who powered in a header to make it 3–0.
The momentum carried into the second half as captain Sam Lanza headed home Lilly Whitelock’s superb cross within two minutes of the restart.
Portishead came closes when a long-range shot struck the crossbar, but the Bees’ backline, anchored by Cheyenne Flynn and Rebekah Wozniak, kept them at bay.
With fresh energy from multiple substitutions, the hosts sealed the win late on when Betty Larkin controlled a cross and smashed home the fifth, rounding off a dominant and assured performance.

Fulham Women is a South West London based football team whose roots date back to 1993. They made history in 2000 by becoming the first fully professional women’s team in Europe.
The club was re-establishment in 2018 under their current name, and during the 2024–25 season they won the London & South East Women’s Regional Football League Premier Division and secured promotion to the FA Women’s National League Division One South East.
Fulham currently sit top of the league with 25pts, and in their recent fixture they faced Bristol Rovers away from home in the Adobe Womens FA Cup, securing a 3-1 victory and progressing through to the next round.
The Cottagers produced a dominant first-half performance, scoring three times before the break, through an Ellie Olds strike, her earlier effort forced own goal, and another own goal created by Jade Bradley’s cross.
Bristol Rovers pulled one back early in the second half, but Fulham remained largely in control.
Despite late pressure, The Cottagers early quality proved decisive in a well-managed away victory.
