Pre-season friendlies have come to an end with our Bee’s securing a 6-0 win against
Barking FC to send the girls off into their league campaign.

The friendly kicked off with Barking taking possession, however, quickly saw the first quarter of the match being in the Bees possession with chances created from corners.

17 minutes in and the first goal for the Bees was created by Charles with the ball being patted down on the goal line by the Barking keeper.

The linesmen denied a successful sting by raising the flag after an opportunity created by a crossing. After many chances
for the Bees being rejected, the East-London team had their first opportunity for attack but cleared by the Bees defence.

Leading to the end of the first half, a second goal is scored by Lee in the 41st minute with the ball going between the keeper’s legs to
go 2-0 up into half time.

With the second half being kicked off at the Hive with a very dominant performance, it continued 47 minutes in with Parson scoring from the penalty box raising the score to 3-0.

The pressing game continued with the dominating showcase of the Bees with another
goal scored by Burrows going passed the goalie securing 4-0.

In the 65th minute Sami scored the fifth goal with the ball flying over the goalie unable to save it.

Following a substitution for the Bees, Isherwood who was subbed on scored the sixth goal for the Bees in the 70th minute keeping the buzz alive at the Hive.

With the energy high the Bees continued to try add additional stings, however with a goal being disallowed and another shot being just wide of the goal that concluded the 7-0 dominant game.
