The Bees continue on their FA Cup campaign after a last minute winner against Farnham Town.
The first half opened with a some good chances for the Bees but we were unable to convert these into goals.
A well timed pass from Campbell allowed Isherwood to take a shot from inside the box however the ball was caught by Farnham’s keeper.
Another unsuccessful attempt came from Burrows who shot just wide of the goal with the ball hitting the goalpost.
The Bees managed to maintain the majority of possession in the first half of the first 45, however Farnham gained confidence as the minutes went on.

Ginn was put under pressure towards the end of the first half as the Farnham shots continued but she dealt with each one successfully. It was

As the early minutes of the second half progressed the Bees had a few chances that they were again unable to place in the back of the net.
Flynn and Durn were the first substitutes of the match for the Bees, coming on for McDermott and Lee. Constantine came onto the pitch in
place of Campbell soon after.

These substitutions gave the Bees a new sense of determination as they continued to pressure the Farnham defence.
This pressure was evident as the Farnham keeper began to make mistakes, dropping the ball and spurring the Bees’ attack on.
The first goal of match came in the 92nd minute as Isherwood made a confident run and managed to shoot the ball past the opposition keeper.
Three minutes further into extra time, in the 95th minute, Isherwood scored her second goal for the Bees, defeating the keeper once again.
The full time whistle came not long after, with a final score of 2-0 to the Bees, furthering our run of 7 consecutive games unbeaten.
The win moves London Bees forwards to the Second Round Proper of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup.
