The Bees kick off their pre-season with a 2-2 draw at the Bees Stadium vs Wycombe Wanderers
It was the Bees who started the strongest almost going 1-0 up thanks to a shot by Lily Whitelock. However, her shot cannoned off the post and stayed out.
The Bees were not to be denied 2 minutes later though as the returning Ryah Vyse scored a cracking effort from 30 yards out, after it smashed the crossbar and this time the ball fell the right side of the goal line.
Wycombe came close to an equaliser but a stunning save from Tia Ginn stopped that as she tipped the ball over the bar.
The Bees did double their lead at the 30-minute mark as some good play down the right-hand side saw Shamoy Campell had some time and space in the box.
Her initial shot was blocked but she was not to be denied on the rebound as she put the Bees 2-0 up.
That meant the Bees lead 2-0 at half time
The second half saw Wycombe come back into the game within the first few minutes of the new half.
Throughout the half, despite some good moments for the Bees, it was Wycombe who were able to grab an equaliser to make the score 2-2.
Davidson had a good shot saved right at the end of the game, but the score would finish stalemate.
