London Bees are delighted to announce that Megan Burrows has agreed terms to extend her stay at the club for the following season.

Burrows joined the club back in June 2024, and in her first season she has made 26 appearances in all competitions, scoring 4 goals and getting 1 assist throughout the season.

She has also received 2 opposition player of the match awards.

Speaking on her stay, London Bees Head Coach Dan McKimm said:

It’s been Megs best season by far since I’ve known her.

Since the Christmas break, she’s come back like a woman possessed and, if I’m being honest, has been the first name on our team sheet ever since.

So when it came to planning for next season, it was a no-brainer that we had to make sure we kept her on.

I’m so proud of her, because I know how much she cares, and how much energy, physically and emotionally, she gives to us, and she’s very hard on herself at times, but to take her game to the levels that she has over the last 6 months is impressive and something she should be really, really proud of.

Looking into next season, I’d like to see her contributing more on the goals front from midfield, but this is something we have to work with her on – to give her the confidence and belief that she can make an important impact in this way.

The deal is subject to the usual FA and League clearances.
