London Bees are delighted to announce that forward Betty Larkin has extended her contract with the Bees for the 2026/27 season!

The young forward joined the Bees at the end of the previous season in May 2025, becoming Dan McKimm’s first signing ahead of the most recent campaign.

This season Betty has made 29 appearances across all competitions for the Bees so far this season, starting 12 and coming off the bench in 17 matches.

She has also contributed to 12 goals throughout the campaign, scoring 10 goals and assisting 2 in her first season.

London Bees head coach Dan McKimm spoke on Betty’s contract extension saying:

“I’m delighted to have tied Betty down for another season with us.

She’s a top, top person and a really great character to have in the squad.

She’s someone I look forward to seeing each training session and game day, she brings a great energy to the place.

Despite her age, she’s established herself as a core part of the dressing room and culture, which speaks to the person she is.

Betty’s had a good first season with us on the pitch in what’s was always meant to be an acclimatisation year for her.

She’s into double figures for the season on the score sheet, which is far beyond any expectations.

She’s developed a lot already and has huge potential to do so again next season.

She’s got good family support around her, and her feet firmly on the ground, so I’m excited to see what next season holds for her if she keeps working as hard as she has done this season”.

Congratulations Betty!

The deal is subject to the usual FA and League clearances.
