London Bees are delighted to announce that midfielder Francesca Vigo has joined the Bees on a permanent deal ahead of the 2026/27 season!
Francesca Vigo rejoins the Bees on a permanent deal after leaving Watford at the end of last season.
During her time at Watford, Vigo was part of the Development team that topped the table in the Reserve Southern Premier Division during the 2024/25 season, where she made 19 appearances, captaining the side for 5 games, scoring 4 goals and getting 12 assists.
The midfielder joined the Bees on loan at the start of the 2025/26 season, where she went on to make 30 appearances, scoring one goal and getting two assists across all competitions.
Francesca stepped up and played in some vital roles across the pitch last season, playing in both midfielder and defence across many big games for the Bees which has earned her a permanent spot ahead of the new season.
Speaking on Fran’s return, London Bees Head Coach Dan McKimm said:
“I’m pleased to be able to bring Fran into the club on a permanent basis after a successful year for her with us on loan from Watford last season.
She’s a top character and a real personality in the dressing room.
She developed really well over the course of the season and finished really strongly with a couple of top performances against Cambridge and Fulham in particular.
If she can produce these kinds of performances on a consistent basis next season, then she can have a really big impact for us”.
Welcome back to the Bees Fran!
The deal is subject to the usual FA and League clearances.
