London Bees are delighted to announce the signing of goalkeeper Jamie-Lee Hindle-Bamford as our second summer addition ahead of the 2026/27 season.
The 26-year-old joins the Bees after leaving fellow league side MK Dons, where she made 22 appearances during the 2025/26 campaign.
Bamford’s journey has taken her up and down the country, but also over to America, where she spent four years playing for Caldwell University in New Jersey, winning numerous team and individual accolades.
On her return to England, the shot-stopper joined London Seaward, before moving on to Hashtag United, where she played a crucial part in the club’s 2022/23 title win, in which she received the Golden Glove award in the FAWNL Division One South, keeping 16 clean sheets across 23 games.
Bamford’s journey then continued with a jump into the third tier of women’s football, where she represented Stourbridge, before playing for both Halifax and Lincoln City across the 2024/25 campaign.
Our newest recruit has also represented the UKAF (UK Armed Forces), with competitions taking her abroad, where she’s contributed to plenty of success over the years.
On bringing Jamie to the club, Head Coach Dan McKimm said:
“I’m delighted to welcome Jaime-Lee to the club. It’s an important position for us and she adds real quality to the team, she’s a top player.
Importantly, she knows what it takes to win this league having done it before, so that experience alongside her experience playing at tier three is a big factor for us given what we want to try and achieve.”
Welcome to the Bees, Jamie
The deal is subject to the usual FA and League clearances.
