London Bees are delighted to announce that goalkeeper Emma Roberts has signed for the Bees for the upcoming season!

The 16 year old becomes Dan McKimm’s third permanent signing ahead of the new season.

Emma joins the Bees from Haringey Borough, where she made 20 appearances for The Borough last season.

Emma has built an impressive list of accomplishments over the course of her career, most recently winning the Aces Nationals U18 tournament.

Speaking on Emma’s arrival, London Bees head coach Dan McKimm said:

“It’s great to have Emma on board for next season.

She’s a player with plenty of room for growth and development, and with the support we’re able to provide here we’re confident that she’ll develop really quickly in our environment.

I’ve been impressed with how vocal she can be despite her age, which is a great sign, and she’s brave on the ball too so that suits our style and how we play”.

Welcome to the Bees Emma!

The deal is subject to the usual FA and League clearances.
