London Bees are delighted to announce the signing of goalkeeper Amy Liddiard, who joins the Bees on an ADR from WSL side Arsenal for the remainder of the 2026/27 season.

The young shot-stopper joins from the Arsenal Academy, adding further depth to Dan McKimm’s squad while bringing valuable experience of training and playing within a higher-level environment.

Amy is already familiar with the Bees, having featured for the Gunners during a pre-season friendly against London Bees. Arsenal came away with a 1-0 victory on the day, with Amy keeping a clean sheet between the posts.

Her impressive performance during the fixture caught the eye of the Bees, and we are delighted to now welcome her to the club for the season ahead.

London Bees Head Coach Dan McKimm spoke on Amy’s arrival saying:

“Ensuring we’ve got strength in depth between the sticks is really important this season, so when the chance to get Amy in came up it wasn’t one we were going to pass over.

She has a great physical profile and an excellent technique, and she’s had a brilliant pre-season with the first team at Arsenal, so I’m really excited to have her here with us for the season. I think we’ll be able to give her an excellent platform to develop and kick on, and I can see her making a big impact here”.

Amy spoke on joining up with the Bees for the season by saying:

I’m really excited to be here, it’s a club with great ambitions and it will be a great place to get some senior minutes, so I’m really excited for the oppotunity.

They have big goals for the season, including aiming to get promoted, so playing here and getting some senior minutes will be a really great experience for me”.

Welcome to the Bees, Amy!
