London Bees are delighted to announce the signing of Jaime Gotch!

The 25-year-old defender joins the Bees on a free transfer, after leaving league opponents Queens Park Rangers.

Jaime started her footballing career at Reading, climbing the ranks before making the switch to Charlton during the 2019/20 season, where she spent two years with The Addicks.

She then spent a season with Portsmouth, before making the switch to Oxford in 2022, where she stayed with the O’s for three years before joining Queen’s Park Rangers in July 2025.

“The girls and the club have been really welcoming” she said. “It’s a new club and a new environment and they’ve been lovely so it’s always nice to walk into a new team where everyone is chatty and lovely which is really good”.

“I’m looking forward to trying to achieve the highest position we possibly can, I’m also looking forward to enjoying my time here and playing my part within the team”.

Speaking on Jaime’s arrival, London Bees Head Coach Dan McKimm said:

“Jaime’s a top defender and brings valuable experience of playing at higher levels to our group which we’ve maybe lacked at times.

She reads the game well, and I think will help make us more robust defensively.

It gives us great strength in depth now at centre half, which is a positive place to be as we enter the business end of the season”.

Welcome to the Bees Jaime!

The deal is subject to the usual FA and League clearances.
