London Bees are delighted to announce that Lily Whitelock returns to the Bees on a season long loan from Watford FC for the upcoming 2025/26 season!
Lily first joined the London Bees on loan from Watford back in November 2024 for the remainder of the season, and during her time at the club she made 13 appearances, scoring 5 goals and getting 5 assists.
She recently starred in the Bees final game of the 24/25 season, with a 6-2 away win to Chesham United, where she picked up two goals.
Lily becomes Dan McKimm’s first signing of the new season, and speaking on her arrival Dan said:
“It’s great to be able to talk about our first bit of business this summer, and I’m delighted that we’ve got Lily back with us for next season – thanks to Watford of course for trusting us with her again.
She’s made a great impact since coming into the group – both on the pitch and in terms of the culture – so we wanted to make it a priority to get her back again for next season if we could.
It took her a little while to adapt to things when she first arrived here, but she’s got her head down, persevered, and worked really hard, and has improved hugely as a result.
I think next season could be a big year for her personally if she continues to show the focus and determination that she has done this season.”
Welcome back to the Bees Lily!
The deal is subject to the usual FA and League clearances.
