London Bees have agreed to sign striker Millie Isherwood.

Millie will join The Bees having played the last seasons at Eastern Region Premier Division side Bowers & Pitsea.

The striker scored an impressive 24 goals in 25 games for Bowers & Pitsea last season having scored 9 goals in 18 starts for Bowers & Pitsea the season prior.

On signing for London Bees Millie said “I’m really pleased to be apart of the London Bees family.

“The club has a great history and I’m looking forward to getting the club back to where it should be. I can’t wait for the new season to start.”

Head Coach Dan McKimm added “Mille is a player who caught my eye a fair while ago and I’ve been carefully following her progress and development ever since.

“She’s absolutely lethal in front of goal, as demonstrated by the fact she averaged near on a goal a game last season, which is incredibly impressive for anyone let alone someone of her age.

“This is going to be a big season for her, but she knows there’s no pressure from our side, and I’m confident that with the creative players we have coming in around her she’ll have plenty of opportunities to hit the back of the net again.”

Welcome to London Bees, Millie!

The deal is subject to the usual FA and League clearances.
