“It was a very good performance after a really difficult journey there. The players did themselves proud.

“It has been great because the players are excited to be back to winning ways.


“We are all looking forward to the next few games now to put ourselves in a strong position heading into 2022.”

“Yes, it was a really solid defensive performance.


“They did not test Faye many times throughout the game, but when she was called upon, she did a fantastic job.


“The team as a whole defended resolutely and battled for everything out there which was really impressive to see.


“There was a real togetherness shown from the players which ultimately helped us to win the match.”


How much confidence will a result like this give Faye Hazelton?


“Faye has continued to grow in strength as the season has gone on and is developing really well.


“She deserves to be in the position she is in and has worked hard to get there. 


“Faye is a fantastic person to have around the group and to see her grow in confidence is great to see. 


“She is a really talented goalkeeper and we are pleased to have her in the team.”

“It is great to see Jade Bell back on the scoresheet and her pace is unbelievable.


“She caused them lots of problems and we are thrilled that she is with us.

“We have got another massive game on Sunday against Cardiff. 


“They are very close to us in the table and will try and cause us lots of problems.


“We have found some form and created some good chances against Plymouth.


“I expect us to take this into our next few matches and it should happen if we continue with the same worth ethic.”
