London Bees are delighted to announce the return of former coach Tim Abramyan, who rejoins Dan McKimm’s backroom staff as Assistant Head Coach ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Tim first joined the Bees in the summer of 2024, arriving from London Seaward alongside Head Coach Dan McKimm as part of his coaching team.

During his time at the club, Tim established himself as a key member of the coaching staff and played an important role in a number of memorable moments for the Bees.

Most notably, he helped guide the team to the Fourth Round of the Women’s FA Cup last season, where they welcomed WSL opposition Liverpool to The Hive in front of a record-breaking crowd.

His dedication, football knowledge and commitment to player development made him a valuable asset both on and off the pitch, while also allowing him to further develop his own coaching career within the women’s game.

In February 2026, Tim departed the club to take up a new opportunity with WSL 2 side Charlton Athletic, working within the academy setup to help develop the next generation of talented footballers.

As Tim returns to the Bees as Assistant Head Coach, he brings with him additional experience and expertise gained during his time at Charlton Athletic. His return further strengthens Dan McKimm’s coaching team as preparations continue for the upcoming 2026/27 campaign.

Speaking on Tim’s return, London Bees Head Coach Dan McKimm said:

“It’s great to have Tim back in the fold, we have a very strong relationship, both personally and professionally, and he was a big loss to the club when he left back in February.

It’s a shame for him that his move didn’t work out as he hoped, but obviously it’s great for us to have him back and also a great sign of the environment and culture we have here that he was keen to rejoin from a WSL club”.

Tim Abramyan also spoke on his return saying:

“I am delighted to be back at the club and excited to reconnect with a group that means a lot to me.

I know the place very well, so in many ways it feels like coming home.

I feel as hungry as ever as a coach, so I’m looking forward to helping take this environment to the next level”.

Welcome Back, Tim!
