London Bees are delighted to announce that defender Aria Heil has signed a new contract with the Bees for the 2026/27 season!
Bees’ defender Aria Heil is set to enter her fourth season with the club after signing a new contract ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
Aria has spent over two years at the club, having joined the Bees during the 2023/24 season, where she made 10 appearances in her debut campaign.
Across the last two seasons, she has gone on to make over 50 appearances under head coach Dan McKimm, establishing herself as a key figure at the heart of the defence.
This season, Aria has contributed five goals, including a standout brace in our opening home fixture, an 8–2 victory over AFC Sudbury in August.
She also played a pivotal role in the club’s run to the fourth round of the Women’s FA Cup, where the Bees faced WSL side Liverpool at The Hive Stadium.
London Bees head coach Dan McKimm spoke on Aria extending her stay at the club saying:
“Ari’s had another solid season at the football club and has been an integral part of the back line in our time here, so it was a no brainer to keep her around.
She’s got a great profile and is super versatile, which is a great characteristic to have.
She looks after herself fantastically well too, as highlighted by the fact she’s been available for every single game this season and has clocked over 3,200 game minutes.
That’s a real credit to the type of person she is and how invested she is in herself and performing for the club”.
Congratulations Aria!
The deal is subject to the usual FA and League clearances.
